● JCSA customers needing help with their water or sewer bill due to COVID-19 hardships may be eligible for relief grants of up to $600, made possible by the Commonwealth of Virginia and the CARES Relief Act. Applications will be accepted through October 22, 2021. Relief funding is limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis. About JCSA

The James City Service Authority (JCSA) provides municipal water and wastewater service to County residents and businesses in the primary service area between Toano and Grove, and to limited sections of York County and the City of Williamsburg.

JCC Alert is now part of the Everbridge network which enables James City County officials to quickly deliver emergency alerts and notifications. JCC Alert allows individuals and businesses to provide their own contact information allowing everyone to control how they receive emergency notifications.

All customer services are available at our Tewning Road location including payments, connection fees and submeters. Cash, check or money orders are accepted at our office. Visit the HRSD website for more information about paying by phone, credit card or ACH. HRUBS bills may also be paid at the Satellite Services office in Toano. Outdoor 24-hour drop boxes are available at both locations for your convenience.
