Jolly Pond Dam

County staff and Michael Hipple, Board of Supervisors representative for the Powhatan District, met with interested landowners to discuss the closing of Jolly Pond Road. In an effort to facilitate a continued discussion between citizens, the landowner, and JCC, the proposed resolution to begin the abandonment process has been pulled from the June 11 Board meeting agenda. The road will remain closed until the passage is made safe.
